Our team of OSU-trained veterinarians is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for animals of all kinds.

Dr. Carlton Schlatter

Co-owner & Veterinarian

Dairy/Large Animal Practice

A graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Carl practiced at two other animal clinics before taking over the West Salem Veterinary Clinic in the fall of 1990, incorporating it as Tri-County Animal Clinic, Inc. in 1994. He and his wife Candi have two daughters and a son-in-law. Dr. Carl grew up on a dairy farm and presently enjoys bird watching and beekeeping.

Dr. Cody Stoller

Co-Owner & Veterinarian

Mixed Animal Practice

Also a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Cody joined Tri-County Animal Clinic in 1995 and became a co-owner in 2002. He has helped establish TCAC as the reputable clinic it is today. He and his wife Kara have four children and a son-in-law. Dr. Cody was raised on a beef and crop farm, and now enjoys caring for his own flock of sheep.

Small Animal Practice

Another quality graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Denise has served our small animal clients since 2018. She and her husband Carl have three children, a daughter-in-law, and an adorable calico friend. Dr. Denise enjoys history and trivia.

A 2025 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Caity has been a welcome addition to our team of professionals. She grew up in Fredericktown, Ohio, where her family raised beef cattle and always had canine and feline companions. She enjoys hiking, line dancing, and working with ag-interested youth.
